Art teachers from 22 area high schools have selected their students' best work for this exhibition, with all art considered for the Congressional Art Competition, held in every congressional district in the nation each spring.
We celebrate the winner of this year's PA 1st Congressional District Art Prize and the category winners in the 31st Annual High School Art Exhibition at Hicks Art Center Gallery at Bucks County Community College, Newtown in these accompanying images below. Winners were announced on March 29 at the awards ceremony at Hicks Art Center.
